Motlapele Molefi
Executive Chairperson
An experienced enterprise development practitioner and entrepreneur, Motlapele is the founder of several successful companies, including the award-winning Modi Mining. She holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from the University of Pretoria and is known for her expertise in creating value for diverse stakeholders, including communities, governments, corporates, and funders.
Senzo Ntombela
Executive Director
Senzo holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree with majors in Economics and Marketing & Advertising from the University of Kwazulu-Natal. With over 20 years of experience as a Development Economist, he specialises in economic research and feasibility studies for large-scale projects. His extensive knowledge of logistics within the mining sector further strengthens our company’s impact.
Bongani Mbonani
Executive Director
Bongani holds a National Diploma in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg and a Certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town. With more than 13 years of experience in the mining industry, he has managed large-scale social facilitation projects and developed an innovative recruitment and vendor verification system. He was recently nominated for the Forty under 40 Awards 2024 for his contributions to business growth and community service.
